CITY OF LINCOLN PARK PUBLIC NOTICE
FY 2016-2020 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AMENDMENT
SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT OF THE
 2019 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN TO INCLUDE CARES ACT
PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD

Prior to the receipt of Cares Act funding From the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Lincoln Park is required to prepare a formal substantial amendment to tour 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan.  The Amendment will be to the Citizen Participation adding a summary about the emergency Citizen Participation Plan process and to add emergency COVID-19 activities as a Priority Need.

A draft FY 2019-2020 Substantial Annual Action Plan Cares Act is based on the grant amount of $476,730.  The following activities are proposed for use of the funds.  Administration & Planning - $29,805 and  Public Services - $446,925 three activities.

The 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan Amendment and the Substantial 2019 Annual Action Plan Cares Act Amendment will be available for a 5-day public review beginning May 19, 2020 and ending May 26, 2020. The Annual Action Plan can be viewed by clicking the links below.

A virtual PUBLIC HEARING to provide information on these amendments and to seek citizen input will be held in the John A.
