LEAD-BASED PAINT & ASBESTOS RISK ASSESSMENT & CLEARANCE
The City of Lincoln Park is requesting sealed bids to provide Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Risk Assessments for Residential Housing Rehabilitation using Community Development Block Grant funds. The company that is awarded the job will enter into a 3-year contract with the City of Lincoln Park to provide the service. A valid binding contract is not created until all parties execute underlying agreements.
