Background Information
The Dangerous Building Board & Code of Appeals hears appeals to City Building Code and makes recommendations to Mayor and Council regarding unsafe and dilapidated buildings, both commercial and residential.

The City of Lincoln Park will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed material being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon ten (10) days prior notice to the City of Lincoln Park. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Lincoln Park.

Meeting Information
The Dangerous Building Board will meet on an as-needed basis on the fourth Thursday every month at 7:00 p.m. in the John A. Aloisi Council Chambers located on the second floor of Lincoln Park City Hall at 1355 Southfield.
