Lincoln Park Consolidated Plan Survey
The City of Lincoln Park wants your input to help guide our community development funding priorities. Feedback collected from the community over the next months will provide direction for the development of a 2021 - 2026 Consolidated Plan for the City of Lincoln Park. This plan establishes goals and funding options for the five-year timeframe. This survey is one avenue that the community can provide input toward the 2021 - 2026 Consolidated Plan development process.
This survey is not intended to be statistically valid. It is one of several resources the City of Lincoln Park uses to help determine community needs and interests.
This anonymous survey is expected to take minutes and will close on Friday, April 9, 2021. In addition to the general information collected, there are questions regarding the priority of the main sections of eligible Community Development Block Grant projects. You may answer all the questions or just skip to the section that interests you most. However, we ask that all respondents answer the first two questions. Although the survey is anonymous, the first two questions will help the City of Lincoln Park measure how well it gathers diverse public input and will assist in the data analysis.
