NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & COMMENT PERIOD
FY 2020-21 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (C.A.P.E.R.)

The City of Lincoln Park Community Planning & Development Department will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. during the course of the regular Council Meeting. In accordance with Senate Bill #SB-1108 the City of Lincoln Park is conducting this Council meeting remotely using Zoom. This action is intended to facilitate necessary City business without unduly compromising public health, safety and welfare. Attendees may participate in the meeting using Zoom, either online or by phone.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the Department’s 2020-21 HUD Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report discusses how the Department allocated and expended its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funds. The CAPER addresses progress achieved in attaining goals and meeting its priorities. A 15-day public comment period will begin on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, and end on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. 

All residents, property owners, persons with disabilities, immigrants, seniors, low-income, homeless persons, and other stakeholders of the City of Lincoln Park are encouraged to submit written comments or questions regarding the CAPER to Doreen Christian, Community Planning & Development, 3240 Ferris, Lincoln Park MI 48146 or email at dchristian@citylp.com.
